While the majority of our data collection is conducted via the Internet, there are still many projects where mail, IVR, telephone or face-to-face data collection is the preferred methodology.
Many of our project managers have prior experience with call centers and field agencies. We leverage our in-house know-how with these methodologies to manage the data collection that is executed by our field and call center partners.
